OpenAI has reportedly achieved a major scientific milestone by using an unreleased AI model to solve the Navier–Stokes existence and smoothness problem. This mathematical challenge, one of the seven Millennium Prize Problems, has remained unsolved for approximately 90 years and carries a $1,000,000 prize.
