Tencent has released Hy3, a new 295B-parameter Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) model under an Apache 2.0 license. Developed by the Tencent Hy Team, it features 21B active parameters and 3.8B MTP layer parameters. This release follows a preview launched in April, which gathered feedback from over 50 products.
